SortBottles are hand-sorted on a conveyer belt. |

ShredPlastic bottles are ground and cut into tiny pieces. |

CleanThe flakes are washed. |
 |
SeparateThe heavier and lighter plastic flakes are separated through water. PET sinks to the bottom. Labels and caps float and are then disposed. |
